Additionally, Emely Lopez has returned to the firm as a Real Estate Sales Executive.
Sparks has joined the Lake Placid office, 15 N Main Lake Placid, FL 33852. Sparks attended the Academy of Business where she earned her Associates Degree in Accounting. She was previously affiliated with Advantage Realty where after one year she was awarded Rookie of the Year. Prior to real estate, Sparks owned and operated her own company, Sparks Guns-N-Stuff.
Terrell has joined the Sebring Country Club office, 4800 Haw Branch Rd Sebring, FL 33875. Terrell’s real estate background includes purchasing and restoring homes and then successfully marketing those properties for sale. Prior to real estate, Terrell worked in the dental field for more than 20 years. She previously attended Orlando VO Tech Institute.
Kelley has joined the Brooksville office, 13161 Cortez Blvd Brooksville, FL 34613. He has been in real estate for 10 years and was previously affiliated with Keller Williams and Remax. Kelley has earned the New Home Specialist designation. Originally from Great Falls, Montana, Kelley has been a Tampa Bay area resident for 13 years.
DeBussy and Setaro have joined the St. Pete Beach office, 6800 Gulf Blvd St Pete Beach, FL 33706. A Tampa Bay area resident since 1998, and a real estate professional since 2002, DeBussy was previously affiliated with Remax and Century 21. His extensive real estate background includes the purchase and sale of several investment properties. Setaro is originally from Chester, PA, but has been in the Tampa Bay area for 30 years. She studied business at Palm Beach College. Setaro has been a real estate professional since 2013, and was previously affiliated with Remax Preferred. Setaro also has past career experience in property management and asset management.
Nelson has joined the Indian Rocks Beach office, 1501 Gulf Blvd Indian Rocks Beach, FL 33785. Nelson has been a real estate professional for 28 years during which time she has earned numerous awards for outstanding sales production. She also has several years of experience as a sales associate in the insurance industry. Nelson is a long-time resident of Tampa Bay.
Walsh has joined the Carrollwood office, 13131 N. Dale Mabry Hwy Tampa, FL 33618. A real estate professional for more than 20 years, Walsh was previously affiliated with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach where he earned numerous awards including Chairman’s Circle, representing the Top 2% of agents in the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network nationwide. Walsh has also earned the Resort & Second Home Specialist designation. He is originally from Scranton, PA, and the South Jersey area.
Lopez has returned to the firm’s Port Richey office, 9108 US Highway 19 Port Richey, FL 34668. Specializing in residential, commercial, and new home construction sales, Lopez’ career experience includes several years working as a property manager for townhome developments. She attended Hardin-Simmons University where she earned a degree in nursing. Lopez worked as a nurse for 24 years and then went on to residential real estate sales.
