The builder, Rebuilding Together Tampa Bay (RTTB) is one of Tampa’s top nonprofit developers of affordable housing. RTTB creates a vast range of high-quality, affordable homes for working families. This project is funded in part by the City of Tampa, US Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Florida State Housing Initiative Partnership (SHIP). On June 22, RTTB will formally announce that it was also recently awarded a Project Reinvest grant in the amount of $500,000 to build additional affordable homes in this neighborhood.
