Once a year the Tampa Downtown Partnership has the opportunity to share with our members and the downtown community a celebration of our organization’s accomplishments and induct the Partnership’s new leadership at our Annual Meeting and Luncheon. This year’s event promises to deliver thoughtful discussion and exciting downtown updates.
This year features a Development Panel featuring; Larry Feldman of Feldman Equities, John LaRocca of Hillsborough River Realty Corp. / The Jeffries Corporation, and Arturo Pena of Related Group.
Tampa Downtown Partnership is a private, membership based not-for-profit 501(c)6 comprised of companies, organizations and individuals with a common goal of advancing Tampa’s Downtown. Through an annual contract with the City of Tampa, Tampa Downtown Partnership administers the Special Services District. In addition to Tampa’s Downtown Guides and Clean Team, the Partnership serves downtown through marketing, business development, transportation, advocacy, public space activation, planning and beautification.
