Pasco Tax Collector Offices Will Be Closed on Saturday June 17, 2017 Due to Statewide Computer Upgrades

June 12, 2017 by Post

Tax Collector Mike Fasano announces that on Saturday June 17, 2017 the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles will be upgrading its data processing equipment. As a result, the Pasco County Tax Collector’s Office will be unable to process transactions on that date. Due to these circumstances, which are beyond the control of the tax collector’s office, all Pasco County tax collector offices will be closed on June 17, 2017.

“I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers,” states Tax Collector Mike Fasano. “We strive to provide the best customer service possible; unfortunately due to the computer upgrades which will take place at the DMV we will be unable to serve customers this day. I encourage anyone who planned to do business with our office on June 17 to come in either one day this week or wait until Monday the 19th or later.”
