Straub and Bucklew have joined the Belleair office, 404 N Indian Rocks Road, Belleair Bluffs, FL. Originally from Sarasota, FL, Straub attended Jacksonville University where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Marine Science. He then served in the US Navy and was awarded a Naval Commendation Medal. Prior to real estate, Straub was a relationship banker with JP Morgan and also worked in computer sales. A Tampa Bay area resident since 2000, Bucklew has more than 15 years of real estate experience and was previously affiliated with Charles Rutenberg Realty, Inc. She has earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designations, and is a Certified New Home Specialist.
Hart has joined the St. Pete Beach office, 6800 Gulf Boulevard St. Pete Beach, FL. A real estate professional since 2016, Hart was previously affiliated with Coldwell Banker residential. Prior to real estate she worked for an information technology company for 33 years. She is a Pittsburgh, Pa native and lived in Atlanta GA, for the past 36 years.
Alexander has joined the St. Petersburg office, 2300 4th St N St. Petersburg, FL. Alexander has been a Tampa Bay area resident for 35 years. She was previously associated with Smith & Associates. Complementing her real estate experience is her 30-year background in sales.
Viars has joined the Countryside office, 2539 Countryside Blvd, Ste. 3 Clearwater, FL. A resident of the Tampa Bay area for 28 years, Viars attended Florida Metropolitan University where she earned her Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies. She has more than 13 years of real estate experience and was previously affiliated with Coldwell Banker the Condo Store. Prior to real estate, Viars worked with a non-profit Veteran housing program for at risk veterans.
Wilson has joined the South Tampa office, 4950 W Kennedy Blvd Ste. 300, Tampa, FL. A Tampa resident since 2011, Wilson attended the University of South Florida where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree. Prior to real estate, she was a sales consultant with Progressive Insurance.
Sherman has joined the New Tampa office, 1830 Bruce B. Downs Blvd Wesley Chapel, FL. Originally from New York, Sherman moved to Tampa 15 years ago and began her residential real estate sales career. Sherman is a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and has an extensive background in Property Management. She is a Certified Educator and Mentor with an extensive background as a Technical Designer and Production Manager for private label retailers in the fashion industry.
