
Sarasota, Florida, June 1, 2017 – Karins Engineering Group, Inc. (KEG) is proud to announce Structural Design Engineer, Kyle P. Chmielewski has received his State of Florida Professional Engineer (P.E.) license. Kyle has eight years of experience in structural design and geotechnical engineering with six of those employed with KEG. His project experience includes the design of custom residential homes and additions, multi-family condominiums, governmental, commercial and municipal buildings, churches, clubhouses, modular homes, specialty engineered systems including cold-formed steel/aluminum structures and components, stairs, balconies (decks, handrail, and guardrail systems), retaining/site walls, vaults and precast concrete structures as well as performing subsidence investigations and structural damage observation reports throughout Florida.
Working under the direction of John F. Bonacci, PhD, PE, SE, LEED AP, Director of Structural Engineering Design, Kyle is an integral member of Karins’ Structural Design Division focusing on timely performance and client satisfaction while remaining conscious of project construction costs.
Kyle is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), Chi Epsilon National Civil and Environmental Engineering Society, Delta Epsilon Iota Academic Honor Society, Golden Key International Honour Society, and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. Kyle achieved a Master of Engineering with a Major in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, from the University of Florida, Gainesville.
