TAMPA, Fla. (May 31, 2017) – Daniel J. Stone has joined USAmeriBank as Assistant Vice President, Relationship Manager in the bank’s Professional and Executive Banking Division. He brings more than 10 years of financial and business management experience to his new role.
USAmeriBank’s Professional and Executive Banking Division handles the personal and business banking needs of professionals such as lawyers, doctors, and CPAs. As a Relationship Manager, Stone is responsible for developing a base of new clients within the professional and executive services industries and pursuing lending opportunities in the Tampa Bay area.
Prior to joining USAmeriBank, Stone was a managing partner of commercial assets for PW1 LLC, where he managed the acquisition, renovation and leasing of eight commercial and residential properties in St. Petersburg, valued at more than $10 million. He coordinated subcontractors and employees, negotiated all leasing and sales contracts and managed bank relationships.
Stone’s financial services career began as an advisor with Raymond James & Associates, Inc., where he secured $6 million in new assets for the company. He then worked as a financial advisor with Morgan Stanley, growing his office’s client business to $30 million in assets.

Prior to going into financial services, Stone enjoyed a career as a professional golfer for 11 years. He competed in tours across the United States, Canada, Central America and Asia, with 30 tournament victories to his name.
Stone has turned his passion for the sport into a way to give back to the community. He served as head golf coach at St. Petersburg High School, and is a past board member of LCC Day School in St. Petersburg, the Kiwanis Club of St. Petersburg, and The First Tee of St. Petersburg, a youth development program that introduces children and teens to golf.
Stone received his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in mass communications from the University of Florida.
