BENEFITTING THE NIMAN RANCH NEXT GENERATION SCHOLARSHIP FUND WITH SPECIAL GUEST CHRIS BENZIGER WEDNESDAY, JUNE 21ST, 2017 AT MATTISON’S FORTY-ONE
Sarasota, FL (June 21st, 2017) Chef Paul Mattison, Executive Chef and Proprietor of Mattison’s Restaurant Group, will host a 6-course Benziger Family Winery Dinner benefitting Niman Ranch’s Next Gen Scholarship Fund. Benziger Winery, a family owned ranch in Sonoma County, produces certified Biodynamic organic wines using sustainable growing methods. As a result, these award winning wines are not only great in the glass, they are great for the environment too. Like Benziger Winery, Niman Ranch believes the importance of sustainable production.
All Niman Ranch livestock is certified Humanely Raised using traditional farming practices, resulting in the finest tasting meat in the world. Together, our special guest Chris Benziger along with Chef Paul Mattison’s cuisine featuring Niman Ranch, will be the perfect pair for an evening to remember.
Proceeds from the evening will be donated to the Niman Ranch Next Generation
Scholarship Fund. This fund is designed to raise awareness around the loss of traditional farming and ranching practices, and to ultimately help maintain this way of life. Their goal is to help give the children and family members of Niman Ranch farmers a better opportunity to return to the farm by helping pay for some of their education.
Tickets are $85 per person (plus tax and gratuity) and are available online at mattisons.com or by calling Mattison’s Forty-One at 941-921-3400.
