VENICE, Fla. — Neal Communities (NealCommunities.com), southwest Florida’s premier homebuilder, unveiled two new models and six new floor plans at Grand Palm, its popular master-planned community in Venice, over the weekend.
The communities’ two newest models are Mediterranean-style villas from the builder’s Coastal Series. The larger villa designs range from 1,632 to 1,842 square feet. The Sandcastle features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a two-car garage and a den. Tidewinds offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a two-car garage with a den.
Neal Communities also added four new single-family home floor plans from the Celebration Series to its lineup at Grand Palm. The 1,812-square-foot Fresh Spring and 2,014-square-foot Meadow Brook designs are new to the community but have been popular choices at other locations for the builder. The three-bedroom, two-bathrooms homes feature a two-car garage and a multitude of options to further customize the space.
At 2,389 square feet and 2,731 square feet, the Acclaim and the Laurel layouts are completely new floor plans that were designed with the homebuyer’s feedback in mind. The Acclaim features three bedrooms and two bathrooms with a den while the two-story Laurel floor plan offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a loft. These larger designs also offer homebuyers several layout choices when designing the home.
Grand Palm is the largest neighborhood Neal Communities has created in its more than 40 years of building, with plans for 1,999 homes at completion. Month after month, the fast-selling Grand Palm has continued to lead sales for the builder. Last month, the community saw 15 new homes sales. Over 700 homes have been sold in the sought-after neighborhood since it opened in 2012.
Grand Palm was the first community ever to be built under the stringent requirements of the Sarasota County government’s 2050 plan – a plan intended to guide development.
Located off River Road in Venice, Grand Palm’s layout preserves more than 33 percent of the land as open space and features spectacular preserved trees from the grand entrance, continuing throughout the community. Residents have miles of walking and bike trails that weave through the community and into a private wooded island surrounded by Adventure Lake.
