Tampa, Florida (May 11, 2017) – Tampa Community will continue its popular Discussion With a Doc series when it will present “How to cope with Depression & Anxiety” on Wednesday, May 31 between noon and 1 pm at the hospital at 6001 Webb Road, Tampa, Florida 33615.
Richard Smith, DO received his medical degree from Ohio University School of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed residencies in neuropsychiatry and psychiatry at Largo Medical Center.
Dr. Smith will discuss how depression and anxiety can go hand-in-hand. Being depressed can often make one anxious and anxiety can often make one depressed. Dr. Smith will be addressing these conditions and how treatments are available and helpful.
