Hillsborough Community College women’s basketball players sign with universities

Tampa, FL – Three players from the Hillsborough Community College women’s basketball team have signed to four-year universities across the country. Sophomore players Nandi Jorden, RayGene Garner, and Jhade Hayes each signed with California State University-Bakersfield; Webber International University and Clayton State University, respectively.

In total, these three players amassed more than $64,000 in scholarship funds to further their educational endeavors and basketball careers.

Hillsborough Community College serves over 45,000 students annually at its five campuses located throughout Tampa Bay. The college is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. For more information, visit hccfl.edu.
