April 26, 2017 United Cities Productions announced today the hiring of veteran media sales consultant David Collins as a company business strategist for its statewide content production company. David will be working closely with the company’s ad partners in creating strategic marketing campaigns using the company’s content creators to produce video, social media, website content, events and digital ad placement.
