This team has a combined 35 years of experience in the mortgage industry focusing on residential home loans. According to Albert Muina, sales manager, “Our team is ready and focused to assist community members with their dreams of homeownership.”
Cary Roque-Valdovinos, branch manager, comes to PRMI with 31 years in the industry and before joining PRMI, she was a Sr. mortgage loan officer for Regions Bank. In her new role she will be responsible for the overall management of the branch, recruitment and assisting individuals with their home loan needs. She is joined by Albert Muina, sales manager, Roy Aguila, sales manager, Marilyn Suarez, Sr. mortgage loan officer, Robert Vazquez, Sr. mortgage loan officer, Sue Sprague, underwriter, Andrea Salazar, loan processor and Melba Teran-Salazar, loan processor assistant.
