VENICE, Fla. — With more than 15 years of construction management experience, Ryan Nunnelley recently joined the staff of the Venice-based construction company, J.E. Charlotte Construction Corp. (JECharlotte.com), as the firm’s new chief estimator.
In his new role, Nunnelley will support J.E. Charlotte Construction’s estimating department and provide support for construction, ranging in contract value and scope.
Prior to joining J.E. Charlotte Construction Corp., he worked as an account manager at a construction management and general contracting company that served southeast Florida. In Houston, Texas, he served in senior roles in the oil, gas and chemical industry, working with top earners in the industrial arena. He was also a licensed general contractor in California and Guam.

Charlotte Construction. “He has a unique understanding and grasps all the important details that help make projects successful. His building experience includes assisted living facilities, schools, restaurants, retail centers, custom residential, renovations and historical restorations and preservation and industrial facilities.
A veteran, Nunnelley served in the infantry of the United States Marine Corps. He earned a master’s degree in environmental sciences from the University of Illinois and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from South University in Savannah, Ga.
