TAMPA, Fla., April 5, 2017 — Visual Awareness Technologies and Consulting Inc. (VATC), a leader in providing global strategies, training and technology for secure operations around the world for the U.S. and its partners, announced today it has been named a first-tier subcontractor to CACI on a Special Operations Forces Planning, Rehearsal and Execution Preparation contract. VATC’s position on the SOFPREP contract, which is valued at $4.2 million annually, will enable the company to support CACI in delivering labor, equipment and materials necessary to support the Program Executive Officer for Special Reconnaissance, Surveillance and Exploitation. VATC will provide geospatial database and system engineers to support geospatial intelligence collection, processing and dissemination for Special Operations Command.

The SOFPREP program produces and maintains 3D visualization databases and enhanced geospatial data for simulated training for Special Operations Forces. This SOFPREP contract with CACI is renewable for the base of the award, plus three years.
