LAKELAND, Fla., March 29, 2017- Is your organization creating a VIP media experience? Guest speaker Liz Anderson, senior public relations manager of Firehouse of America, LLC, will share best practices on elevating the traditional blogger experience at the next meeting of Dick Pope/Polk County chapter of the Florida Public Relations Association on April 19, 2017. Anderson lead the Firehouse Subs PR team to its best PR year to date in 2016, earning 31 national media stories, an advertising equivalency of $26.5 million, and more than 2.7 billion media impressions – surpassing 2015 impressions by 63 percent.
The chapter will also celebrate the recipients of the Image Awards, Public Service Award and Joe Curley Rising Leader Award at the April meeting.
The meeting, which includes breakfast and networking opportunities, will be held from 7:30-9:00 am. at Fresco’s Bakery & Bistro Underground Speakeasy, located at 132 South Kentucky Avenue, Lakeland, Fla. 33803.
