March, 2017 HTG Architects announces ground breaking on a new facility for Metrohm USA. The new facility is located in Riverview Florida on Camden Field Parkway. Nancy Phaneuf Realty and Development conducted the initial site selection and investigation process, and represented Metrohm in the purchase of the site. iConstructors has been selected as the General Contractor for the project.
Consisting of 60,000 SF of Corporate offices over two floors and a 30,000 SF distribution and storage component, the new facility will serve as the National Headquarters for Metrohm USA. The facility has the ability to expand to 180,000 SF. Metrohm is a manufacturer and distributor of scientific instruments for the Food, Pharmaceutical, and Petroleum industries based in Herisau Switzerland.
“The bay area is very fortunate to have such an outstanding company upgrading and expanding in the community,” said Rob Harley, VP of Tampa operations for HTG Architects. “Metrohm has really made a strong effort to enhance and build upon their already unique corporate culture through the design of this new environment. It will truly be a transformational work space for the company and its employees. We’re also very pleased to be partnering with iConstructors as the General Contractor once again. iConstructors has a great combination of heavy construction expertise and the sensitivity to do fine interior work all on the same project, which is ideal for this facility.”
