PINELLAS PARK, Fla. – Local residents have the opportunity to discover how they can live a healthier lifestyle by attending a fair in Pinellas Park.
Smart Healthy Living, a local company specializing in promoting a healthy mind, body and spirit, is hosting a free health and wellness event on April 8 at the Mainlands of Tamarac. The fair will be held in Unit 5 Clubhouse at 4275 Mainlands Blvd. in Pinellas Park from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. St. Pete Wellness Clinic is co-sponsoring the event.
More than 30 vendors and sponsors will provide attendees with health screenings, demonstrations, and samples of products and services. Participants will be able to ask questions about home care, healthy products, hearing care, amplified phones, nutrition, fitness goals, massage therapy, essential oils, weight loss, chiropractic advice, health coaching, skin care, retirement planning, Medicare, physical therapy, insurance, and long-term care.
“I believe it’s important that people take their health seriously,” said Sara Im, president of Smart Healthy Living. “Without good health, people won’t be successful or be able to do what they want to do in life. This event will give them the information they need toward success.”
The health fair is open to the public. Participants will not have to pay an entrance fee. Smart Healthy Living is seeking health and wellness vendors for the event. To promote products or services at the fair, contact Im, 727-512-3017.
