TAMPA, FL (MARCH, 2017) – Smolker, Bartlett, Loeb, Hinds & Sheppard, P.A. is pleased to announce that Allison C. Doucette has joined the Firm as an Associate Attorney.
Ms. Doucette focuses her practice on complex commercial and business litigation. Prior to joining Smolker Bartlett, Allison gained valuable experience representing lending institutions and corporate clients in commercial litigation matters in federal, state and bankruptcy courts throughout the State of Florida. Such representation included handling all aspects of litigation from demand to completion, including motion practice, discovery and coordination of all facets of e-discovery , mediation and settlement representation, as well as active participation in large hearings and trials. Ms. Doucette was also recently recognized as a Super Lawyers “Rising Star” after receiving peer nominations and recognition for professional achievement.
Allison received her undergraduate from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. She then went on to receive her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. in 2010. Her professional affiliations include memberships in the American Bar Association, Hillsborough County Bar Association, Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association, and the Hillsborough Association of Women Lawyers. She is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, as well as the United States Court of Appeals, Middle District.
