Design Agency SoFriendly Launches Website to help Early Stage Companies Survive with “Syrup for Startups”

March 14, 2017 by Post

ORLANDO, Fla. — SoFriendly, a design agency located in Orlando, works all day creating solutions for startups. The team is made up of entrepreneurial designers and developers who are passionate about creating products driven by user experiences. Due to their extensive work with startups, they have just launched a new website, GetSyrup.com.

SoFriendly Owner and Creative Director Justin Mitchell, has worked with companies of all sizes across the globe and saw one common problem amongst early stage startups – money.

“Anyone involved in startups knows that launching one is a costly, time-intensive task.  Overcoming the initial headaches can be daunting,” Mitchell said.

Marketing manager at SoFriendly, Hunter McKinley noted that there are a lot of products a business must have to survive while getting started – “products can often be costly and ultimately prevent startups from having any cash flow,” he said. The SoFriendly team saw this problem for early stage startups and quickly designed a solution – Syrup for Startups.

GetSyrup.com is a website dedicated to providing discounts on products and services essential to everyday startup life. The vision was to always help startups save some money, Mitchell explained.  “When starting out, buying everything at full price can be tough, but with Syrup it is now possible to get those necessary products at a discounted rate,” he said.

The site is launching with six categories: Design, Development, Business, Learning, Services, and Marketing. Each one is filled with deals from companies who have partnered with SoFriendly and who deliver only premium products and services.

GetSyrup.com Customer Outreach Director Jordan Walker said the website will host monthly app giveaways and will be continually filled with the best discounts they can find. “Startups will now be able to have more cash on hand while still using all the best tools and apps out there,” he said.
