TAMPA, FL (FEBRUARY, 2017) – Smolker, Bartlett, Loeb, Hinds & Sheppard, P.A. is pleased to announce that Tyler A. Hayden has joined the Firm as an Associate Attorney.
Mr. Hayden focuses his practice on complex commercial and business litigation. Prior to joining Smolker Bartlett, Tyler also gained valuable experience representing businesses and financial institutions handling commercial litigation, as well as construction and real property litigation and insurance defense. Tyler also worked directly with clients and in-house counsel of businesses, including Fortune 500 companies, on litigation strategy.
Mr. Hayden received his undergraduate from Ohio University, Scripps College of Journalism. He then went on to receive his law degree from Stetson University College of Law in 2011. Tyler’s professional affiliations include memberships in the Hillsborough, Sarasota and St. Petersburg Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice the State of Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
Smolker Bartlett has developed a strong reputation handling a broad variety of complex, commercial litigation matters both in and outside the State of Florida. Mr. Hayden’s experience is expected to further bolster the Firm’s litigation practice.
