Kick-off of Latino Integration training sessions for C-Level professionals confirms need for a deeper understanding of Latino Impact on businesses across all industries.
ORLANDO, FLORIDA – MARCH 6, 2017 – The first of its kind, the C-Level Workshop Series: Harnessing Latino Impact on Your Business was held at the state-of-the-art Melrose Center inside the Orange County Library in Downtown Orlando to very positive reviews. C-Level Executives representing key industries in the Central Florida region such as Health Care, Workforce Development, Education, the Arts and Government participated in the 2-hour session.
“We are delighted with the response of the business community of Central Florida. We crafted this workshop series because Latino population growth has a direct and incredible impact on every single aspect of our business sector, and it’s critical for C-Level executives to know how to connect, engage and optimize their increasingly diverse employees, consumers and supply chains to maximize productivity and positive returns”, stated Samí Haiman-Marrero, President of URBANDER, a minority-owned Business Development and Strategic Marketing firm that specializes in Diversity and Inclusion.
“I loved every minute of it. This should be presented to every business in town. Simply fantastic!”, said Jeheira Amaez, Director of Marketing and Communications at the Orlando Ballet, who participated in the workshop alongside C-Level executives from CareerSource Central Florida, Nemours Hospital, and the City of Orlando, as well as a Ph.D. Candidate from the Department of Anthropology of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, among other attendees.
The next C-Level workshop is scheduled for May 9th, 2017 at the Orange County Library’s Melrose Center in Downtown Orlando from 9:30am – 11:30am. For more information,
