FPRA March Meeting Notice
(February 27, 2017) Lakeland, FL- The Dick Pope/ Polk County chapter of the Florida Public Relations Association will hold its monthly meeting March 15, 2017 at Fresco’s Bakery & Bistro Underground Speakeasy, located at 132 South Kentucky Avenue, Lakeland, Fla. 33803.
The monthly meeting includes breakfast and networking opportunities. Breakfast is served at 7:30 am, followed by the meeting and presentation from 8:00-9:00 am. This month, the chapter welcomes Claire Lessinger, Director of Special Events, Tampa Bay Sports Commission. Lessinger will share keys to managing special events for big league public relations.
The deadline to RSVP for the March meeting is Thursday, 3/9/2017 to avoid the late charge. The cost for members who pre-register for the meeting is $15 and guests $20. Student members who pre-register may attend for $5 and student guests may attend for $10.
The Dick Pope/ Polk County Chapter of FPRA provides professional development, accreditation and certification, leadership opportunities, recognition, networking, and funding of educational and professional development programs for members. For information on the state organization, visit fpra.org.
