The asset sold for $3,000,000.
Thomas Edwards, associate, and James Medefind, first vice president investments, both in Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer.

The property was 80 percent occupied at the time of sale by an attractive tenant mix including FedEx and Fantastic Sams. The center is shadow anchored by both Publix and Home Depot. Shoppes of Largo sits on the northwest corner of the Ulmerton Road and Seminole Boulevard intersection, and has a five-mile population over 250,000 people.
