WHAT: Behind the Curtain: Old Age Make-up Workshop

DETAILS: Patel Conservatory staffers and theater make-up enthusiasts Audrey Siegler and Sarah Berland will teach participants how to apply make up to create the appearance of old age.
Students will gain basic insight into the world of old age makeup, and learn to sculpt the face of a young actor into an elderly character. Students will witness a transformative makeup demonstration and have an opportunity to participate in guided, hands-on application of certain old age techniques.
Students will be provided with all materials to create in-class applications as well as how-to and material guides to take home for reference.
This workshop is designed for those in grades five through 12. Registration is required by calling 813.222.1040 or by visiting the Patel Conservatory registration office. The fee is $20.
