St. Pete Beach, FL, February 22, 2017 – The Beach Goes Pops Committee is happy to announce the dates for this year’s Beach Goes Pops Remix to be held on Friday, April 28th and Saturday, April 29th, 2017 in historic and picturesque Pass-A-Grille, Florida. Beach Goes Pops, now in its 27th year, is very proud to offer yet another exciting year of outstanding music, food and fun.
The Beach Goes Pops Remix weekend is the result of the combined efforts of the City of St. Pete Beach, the Pass-A-Grille Community and Vina Del Mar Island Associations as well as the 180 plus volunteers who coordinate and help to produce two nights of FREE CONCERTS on beautiful and historic Pass-A-Grille Beach in St. Pete Beach, Florida. On Friday, April 28th 2017, the festivities kick off at 5:00 pm with food, beverages and live music until approximately 10:00 pm as we welcome two outstanding performing bands for your musical entertainment.
• Presented in an ideal beachfront location in Pass-A-Grille Beach at 9th Avenue and Gulf Way in St. Pete Beach.
• Bring your blankets and beach chairs.
• Food vendors and beverages (soft drinks, water, beer and wine) are available to the public.
• Food and beverage booths open at 5:00 pm.
• Reggae Rich will play from 5:00 – 7:00 pm.
• Reverend Barry & Funktastic Soul and the Hellacious Horns will entertain us starting at 7:00 pm until 10:00 pm.
• Additional parking and shuttle service will be available from 5:00 – 11:00 pm at the County Beach Park across from the Dolphin Village Shopping Center at 4600 Gulf Boulevard in St. Pete Beach.
• “Art in the Park” is back again with local artists selling arts and crafts from 12:00 pm until twilight.
• This is a fun, free, family-friendly afternoon and evening at the beach with live music!
On Saturday, April 29th, 2017, the festivities start at 5:00 pm with food, beverages and live music until approximately 10:00 pm. Reggae Rich will perform from 5:00 till 6:30 pm, then at 6:30 till 7:00 pm the Pitchforks Accapella Choir from St Pete High, will perform a Salute to the Troops. We are honored to have Rumours ATL: A Fleetwood Tribute Band who will provide us with a memorable evening of music starting at 7:00 pm. We’re thrilled to once again be donating back to the children of our community. Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital will be the sole recipient of money raised during Saturday’s event. Our goal is to provide a vibrant, multi sensory room for children undergoing chemotherapy or radiation. Children can spend hours in these rooms and to have something sensory pleasing can brighten their spirits.

• Stage side VIP Chillin’ on the Grille Lounge area sold in advance for Saturday’s dining from St. Pete Taco Lady & Surf and Turf Food Trucks.
• The VIP Dining area is directly in front of the stage for the Saturday evening performance, which includes dinner from St. Pete Taco Lady & Surf and Turf Food Trucks with unlimited beer, wine and prosecco.
• Additional parking and shuttle service will be available from 5:00 – 11:00 pm at the County Beach Park across from the Dolphin Village Shopping Center at 4600 Gulf Boulevard in St. Pete Beach.
