NHTE Has 158 Episodes and Listeners in 125 Countries
TAMPA, FLORIDA — The weekly “Now Hear This Entertainment” podcast hits its three-year anniversary on Friday, February 17, 2017. It was on that same date in 2014 that the first episode was launched of the show that features interviews with guests who are having success in the entertainment industry, including two original songs each week by that episode’s interviewee.
“This is another great milestone for NHTE,” said show host Bruce Wawrzyniak. “There have been so many highlights over these first three years and I maintain my enthusiasm for the show’s continued growth and success.”
The podcast has been delivered on-time, every Wednesday, to the tune of 158 episodes as of February 15, 2017. Guests have ranged from participants on “American Idol,” “The Voice,” and “America’s Got Talent,” to a Grammy Award winner, a Rock & Roll Hall of Famer, a Las Vegas headliner, the drummer for Joe Walsh, and even the lead guitar player for Garth Brooks. The most recent milestone had been the launch of Episode 150 just before Christmas, featuring an interview with a guitar player/background vocalist on the current Billy Joel tour.
Available for free at www.NHTE.net as well as on iTunes, Google Play Music, Stitcher Radio, SoundCloud, and TuneIn Radio, among other platforms, the show has gotten listeners from 125 countries, spanning all five regions of the world (Africa, the Americas, Asia, Europe, and Oceania).
Wawrzyniak had been invited to the NAMM Show in California in January, when TASCAM had him doing live podcast interviews, on-location from the event at the Anaheim Convention Center, being recorded for release as “Now Hear This Entertainment” episodes. In total he interviewed 23 guests over four days.
The show is typically recorded each week in the greater Tampa Bay area at Crystal Blue Sound Studios.
