TAMPA, FL (February 6, 2017) — Champions for Children has much celebrate at its premier fundraising event this year. The 2017 Dream Keepers Ball, which will take place at 6:30 PM on Saturday, March 4th, at the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay, will serve as the official kickoff for the organization’s 40th anniversary celebrations. Tickets are $150 per person.
In its second year, the gala event will feature a cocktail reception with live music, a gourmet dinner, and dancing. A silent and live auction will offer guests the chance to bid on exciting getaways and unique items that showcase the best of what the Tampa Bay area has to offer. The evening will be capped off with a casual after-party on the patio.
Throughout the evening, guests will get a glimpse of how Champions for Children has evolved and adapted over the years to best serve the needs of children and families in Tampa Bay, as well as the great work that the organization continues to perform every day.
Since 1977, Champions for Children has worked to build strong families and help children thrive in the Tampa Bay area through evidence-based child abuse prevention and parental education. Today, its 11 programs serve more than 45,000 individuals each year in Hillsborough County and beyond.
