Tampa, Fla. – Just in time for Valentine’s Day, VYB Dance will present its annual Heart 2 Heart Charity Showcase on Thursday, Feb. 9, with all proceeds benefitting programs of the University Area Community Development Corporation (CDC).
The event will be held at the University Area CDC Community Center at 14013 North 22nd St., Tampa, 33613. Cocktail hour will begin at 7 p.m., with performances following at 8 p.m.
Some of Florida’s hippest, most talented artists will collaborate to perform on stage, to entertain and to make a positive difference in the community. Champagne will be served to patrons as they enjoy listening to live music and witnessing amazing dancing.
Founded in 2007 by talented performers who believe they can use dance to make a difference in their community, VYB thrives on making a mark with their urban feel. The multi-cultural VYB performers are well-trained in various styles of dance, and always leave audiences inspired and wanting more.
University Area CDC offers support for thousands of Tampa residents through youth programs, adult education and resource assistance.
