TAMPA, Fla. — Hold-Thyssen Inc., a full service real estate firm, recently negotiated a long-term lease agreement for 10,154 rentable square feet at 11780 N. Dale Mabry Highway in Tampa.
Kevin Stipe, industrial specialist in Hold-Thyssen’s Clearwater office, negotiated the transaction on behalf of the landlord, Tom Frederick d/b/a Main Street Plaza. The new tenant is Urban Roots Garden Supply and the retail center is now 100 percent leased.
“This is an end cap space with no entrance that we were able to lease out in a very competitive market,” Stipe said.
Hold-Thyssen based in Winter Park with offices in Clearwater, provides commercial property brokerage, leasing and management services to institutional and private investor clients nationwide. The 40-year old firm’s current portfolio includes more than 100 commercial properties throughout the United States.
