Intellectual Property Attorney Chris Paradies Will Discuss Five Myths that Cause Intellectual Property Havoc
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – (Jan. 19, 2017) –Tampa Bay Innovation Center, an innovation and entrepreneurship center, will hold its February TECH Talk program on Tuesday, Feb. 14, at 8:30 a.m. at Microsoft Headquarters offices, 5426 Bay Center Dr., Suite 700, Tampa.
The February program, “Five Persistent Myths That Cause IP Havoc,” will be presented by Chris Paradies, president of intellectual property law firm Paradies Law P.A. and chairman of the Tampa Bay Innovation Center board of directors. Paradies will reveal the top 5 myths that continue to trip up entrepreneurs and small businesses when it comes to their most valuable asset, intellectual property.
Paradies is an international speaker, a Florida Bar-certified intellectual property attorney and registered patent attorney who has advised hundreds of businesses on capturing, protecting and growing their intellectual property. He is dedicated to helping entrepreneurs and donates his time as a volunteer mentor and adviser through the Tampa Bay Innovation Center and other nonprofit organizations.
Presented by Tampa Bay Innovation Center, TECH Talk is the area’s premier networking and education event developed specifically to meet the interests of the local technology community. Attendees include new and startup technology companies, as well as entrepreneurs and those interested in the growth and success of technology innovation and entrepreneurism in the Tampa Bay area.
