ORLANDO, Fla. — North American Veterinary Community (NAVC), based in Gainesville, will begin using Datanautix’ Ana platform this year to improve the conference attendee experience. The customer experience analyst will quickly understand and analyze feedback on speaker sessions and the exhibits at the event to be held the first week in February.
Datanautix will develop a new set of algorithms to rate speakers at the event based on the open-ended comments provided by attendees. Leveraging their Ana machine learning and artificial intelligence platform, the Datanautix machine learning system rapidly uncovers hidden patterns in large sets of open text comments and provides actionable insights.
Sanjay Patel, chief executive officer, and his engineers provided NAVC with Datanautix’ new product when they were asked for a system that looks at attendee comments and analyzes them immediately so that conference speakers can understand their performance.
