SARASOTA, FL (December 7, 2016): At the request of the staff at Fergeson, Skipper, Shaw, Keyser, Baron & Tirabassi, P.A., the law firm will forego having an employee holiday party this year and instead has made donations to help Haiti after the recent devastation caused by Hurricane Matthew. To assist with Haiti’s hurricane relief efforts, a donation of $3,750.00 was made to the Red Cross and a $1,250.00 donation was made to the International Humane Society.
“We are extremely proud that our staff wanted to help the people of Haiti,” said firm President Matthew Mayper. “Our firm has always supported our local not-for-profits, but this was an opportunity for us to reach out and provide assistance for the many Haitians who are struggling to recover from yet another natural disaster.”
