The site is west of Sam’s Club and Home Depot and is the last undeveloped portion of the old Jai-Alai Fronton of Tampa on South Dale Mabry and one of the last large undeveloped parcels in South Tampa. The Buyer is planning 300 units comprised of 3-story townhomes and 4-story apartment buildings.

Chris Bowers, who joined Eshenbaugh Land Company in 2012, has excelled at bringing specialized retail knowledge and a balanced developer’s perspective to this land-focused real estate brokerage team. Over the course of his career, Chris has been involved in the acquisition and sale of more than $200 million in real estate assets. He started his career in real estate in 2006 as a sales associate with the Ross Realty Group where he was involved in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate.
