Established in 1916 by some of Tampa’s earliest and best-known businessmen, Sherloq Solutions turned 100 this year and they are celebrating big.
While a lot has changed over the century, Sherloq’s core values have not. They take pride in giving back to the communities they serve. In just the last 20 years, Sherloq has given more than $4.5 million to local non-profit organizations.
Sherloq also administers Tampa’s Community Banner Program they created in partnership with the City of Tampa and TECO Energy. Supporting local sports and the arts, you see these street banners all over Tampa.
On December 1, 2016, Sherloq will celebrate their centennial at the Tampa Bay History Center. Their private celebration is giving special guests, clients and business leaders the opportunity to participate in a $100,000.00 “Centennial Gift to the Community.” The guests will choose their favorite 501(c)(3) charity to receive $1,000 from Sherloq with a total giveback of $100,000.00.
Sherloq Solutions is now serving customers nationwide from their downtown Tampa headquarters and mid-west call center in Traverse City, Michigan. Sherloq’s business objectives are tailored to a new era. Offering customized extended business office solutions to utilities, hospitals and large healthcare systems.
“Longevity is one measure of success,” said Erik Greer, president of Sherloq Solutions. “But it’s important for organizations to be nimble, grow and adapt to change along the way. Our early founders were visionaries. And I think they would be astounded and pleased at what their organization has become, and the success we have had.”
Unique solutions have been integrated to meet the demand of the healthcare industry. Sherloq’s proprietary Denials Management Solved program was developed to provide superior denials and appeals management, customized billing, superior customer service and the recovery of delinquent receivables. Through their extensive analysis of payer trends, Sherloq delivers unmatched success in recovering reimbursements for the services their customers have earned.
