TRINITY, Fla. (Oct. 24, 2016) – We are pleased to announce Allyson Chimento, Donna Saxe, Angela Rossy, Jeff Teach, Melisa French, and Jon Smith have joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group as Real Estate Sales Executives.
Chimento and Rossy have both joined the Brandon office, 3228 Lithia Pinecrest Ste.102, Valrico, FL. Chimento’s career background includes Client Services in the entertainment industry along with being a certified personal trainer. She was born in Savannah, GA but considers Brandon her home town and has been living there for 12 years. Chimento earned her Bachelor’s degree in social work from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee.
Rossy has 12 years of real estate experience and was most recently affiliated with Coldwell Banker Vanguard Realty. She also owned two real estate companies – in Puerto Rico and Costa Rica – and was Human Resources Director of the Manufacturing Division of Lacoste. She is originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico. Prior to moving to the Tampa Bay area, Rossy lived in Jacksonville where she served as Secretary of the Board Directors for the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Masters in Administration from New York University.
Saxe has joined the Brooksville office, 13161 Cortez Blvd, Brooksville, FL. Prior to real estate Saxe was employed at Suntrust bank for three years as a bank teller. She also worked as a trainer and manager at Outback Steakhouse for 14 years. Saxe considers her hometown to be Seminole, Florida and has been in the Tampa Bay area for 38 years.
Teach has joined the St. Pete office, 2300 4th Street N, St. Petersburg, FL. Previously, Teach worked for several consulting and marketing firms in the Chicago area including JOT Consulting, DVC Worldwide, DraftWorldwide, and American Express. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics and Psychology from Tufts University in Boston, MA and then earned his MBA in Marketing at Georgetown University in Washington, DC.
French has joined the St. Pete Beach office, 6800 Gulf Blvd, St. Pete Beach, FL. Her real estate background spans more than 20 years and includes several years in commercial business specializing in industrial warehouse, flex space, retail, and restaurant space. She also was the leasing representative for Five Guys during which time she placed stores in Pinellas, Pasco, Sarasota, and Hernando counties. Additionally, French has earned her real estate broker’s license. In her free time, Melisa plays in three competitive tennis leagues. She is also a certified cave diver and loves to dive and go spear fishing in the Gulf of Mexico.
Smith has joined the Beach Drive office, 100 Beach Drive NE, Ste 101, St. Petersburg, FL. Originally from Indianapolis, IN, he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology at Indiana University. Smith then went on to earn his Doctor of Medicine at Ross University School of Medicine. He is now a retired physician, and has always had an interest in real estate. Smith has earned the New Home Specialist (NHS) designation. In his spare time, he is involved with Carolyn Glasoe Bailey Foundation, St. Petersburg Museum of Fine Arts, and the Salvador Dali Museum.
