Hudson, Florida (October 27, 2016) – Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point will continue its popular “Tuesday Tutorials” November 15, 2016, when it will present a seminar entitled “Knee Problems: Advances in Surgical Therapy.” The seminar will be held at the Rao Musunuru, MD Conference Center at 14100 Yosemite Drive, Hudson, Florida 34667. (The back campus of the hospital.) The program will be presented by Matthew Ragsdell, DO, orthopaedic surgeon.
Dr. Ragsdell is board certified in orthopaedic surgery by the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons and is a member of many professional organizations. He completed his internship and residency at Michigan State University in Pontiac, Michigan. After completing his orthopaedic residency, Dr. Ragsdell completed a sports medicine and shoulder reconstruction fellowship at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan, where he received training in advanced arthroscopic techniques in advanced shoulder reconstruction. During his fellowship, Dr. Ragsdell worked alongside the team doctor for the Detroit Lions. He received his medical degree from Kansas City University of Medicine & Biosciences.
