Rents will range from $1,080 to $2,400 per month.
“We are seeing a lot of interest from people who want the freedom of renting while enjoying a highly amenitized lifestyle in a vibrant, pet-friendly community. Artisan residents can come home and stroll to dinner or enjoy the activities in downtown Dunedin. We have a variety of great restaurants, wonderful boutiques, antique stores, art galleries and cultural experiences all within walking distance from our front door,” said J.
