Gary M. Ralston, owner/broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Ralston Dantzler, recently helped fellow real estate professionals learn how to become real estate developers. He taught Market Analysis as part of the Sept. 25-29 Development Design and Construction Institute in Aventura, FL. The institute was conducted by ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) John Riordan School for Retail Real Estate Professionals.
Ralston’s presentation topics included retail business trends, retail real estate trends and shopping center characteristics. Ralston’s real estate professional designations include CCIM, SIOR, CPM, CRE, CLS, CDP, CRX and FRICS.
Ralston was one of the real-world real estate practitioners who took fellow real estate professionals through the retail development process. The Development Design and Construction Institute provided an overview of what it takes to be a developer and how a shopping center goes from an idea to a successful center.
