Sarasota, FL, September 27, 2016– Sarasota Orthopedic Associates is proud to announce the addition of Steven Page, MD to our team of physicians. Dr Page has expertise in knee and shoulder surgeries including, but not limited to, rotator cuff tears, dislocations, cartilage injuries, ACL reconstructions, meniscus repairs, fractures, and shoulder instability repairs. He is also experienced in non-surgical treatment and rehabilitation of sports injuries. Dr. Page is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery (Board Certified) and a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons.
Dr. Page was team physician for numerous athletes from the Miami Hurricanes, Miami Dolphins, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers during his Fellowship at UHZ Sports Medicine Institute at the University of Miami. Locally, he is one of our SOA team physicians for the Lakewood Ranch High School Mustangs.

Over his career, Dr. Page has written numerous publications appearing in the Southern Medical Journal, Journal of Hand Surgery, and USC Orthopedic Surgery Journal. He presented nationally at Workers Compensation and Employment Law seminars as well as various orthopedic associations. He continues his interest in orthopedics and scientific research by pursuing the advancement of newer orthopedic implants, innovative arthroscopic techniques, and ground-breaking technology to improve surgical outcomes.
