Krauss announces sale of Bank of America building The sign says available, but the 23,230-square-foot Bank of America building on 1.5 acres at the corner of Gandy Boulevard and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Street in St. Petersburg has sold for $2.8 million to Chicago investor Roy Dobrasinovic.
