ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (August 29, 2016) – PARC (http://www.parc-fl.org), a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to provide opportunities for children and adults with developmental disabilities, will hold its 47th Annual Black Tie Gala on Saturday, October 8, 2016 at The Vinoy in St. Petersburg, FL.

Dinner in the ballroom, a live auction and the Edythe Ibold Award presentations will follow with dancing and entertainment by The Dan Orlando Band.
