Spring Hill, Florida (July 27, 2016) – Oak Hill Hospital has announced the promotion of Michelle Harvey from Assistant Controller to Controller. Ms. Harvey came to Oak Hill Hospital in 2009 to serve as Assistant Controller. She began her career at HCA in 2004 as a Staff Accountant at Community Hospital in New Port Richey and was later promoted to Senior Accountant in 2008.
Prior to HCA, Ms. Harvey worked for Eckerd Corporation for 14 years, beginning as a cashier while in high school. Ms. Harvey held a variety of positions from Cashier to Assistant Manager to Express Photo Lab Manager and eventually Assistant Buyer before the company was sold in 2004.
Ms. Harvey holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Technology Management from St. Petersburg College as well as an Accounting Certificate from that same institution. She and her husband, Kyle, live in Spring Hill with their two children.
