Lakeland, FL – Watson Clinic is pleased to welcome interventional radiologist Matthew R. Stemer, MD to the Main Clinic Radiology department at 1600 Lakeland Hills Blvd. in Lakeland. His areas of expertise include interventional oncology, pain procedures, gastrointestinal interventions and vascular access/intervention.
Dr. Stemer received his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, MI. He completed his internship in internal medicine and residency in diagnostic radiology at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, MI. He completed a fellowship in interventional radiology at the University of Florida/Shands Hospital in Gainesville, FL.
He is a member of the American College of Radiology, the Radiological Society of North America, the Society of Interventional Radiology, the American Medical Association and the Polk County Medical Association.
