Experts will focus on Orlando restaurant real estate trends
TAMPA, Fla. (July 18, 2016) – NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association Central Florida Chapter will present Restaurant Real Estate Trends, Thursday July 21, at 11:30 a.m. at the Citrus Club in Orlando.
Restaurant Real Estate Trends will be moderated by Christie Alexander, Director of Brokerage Services at Crossman & Company, one of the Southeast’s largest retail leasing, property management and investment sales firms.
Orlando is a top target market for new and expanding restaurants. Attendees will hear from an expert panel about restaurant industry trends, current hot concepts, active submarkets for sites in Central Florida, how Orlando stacks up against other cities for new locations, and the importance of restaurants to mixed-use communities.
