Ms. Dodds has successfully litigated a wide range of business disputes in her 30 years of practice, representing commercial clients on both the plaintiff and defense sides, involving complex and often highly sophisticated commercial litigation issues. Over the years, she has developed an in-depth and broad base of experience handling matters that involve business torts, contract disputes, shareholder litigation, environmental issues, natural gas utility and pipeline litigation, misappropriation of trade secrets, and other types of unfair competition and intellectual property matters. She has also served as counsel for a Fortune 500 company handling potential conflict of interest and business ethics investigations.
Ms. Dodds received her undergraduate degree and ultimately her law degree from the University of Nebraska. She is admitted to practice in the State of Texas, State of Missouri and multiple Federal District Courts, the United States Court of Appeals for Fifth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
