Lakeland, FL – Watson Clinic is pleased to welcome a new member to the dermatology team at our Highlands facility located at 2300 E. County Road 540A in south Lakeland. Luke M. Miller, MD offers comprehensive skin care services and is currently available for appointments. His primary areas of expertise include a host of medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology services, the prevention and treatment of skin cancer and photoaging, the diagnosis and treatment of acne, psoriasis, eczema, and rheumatologic disorders affecting the skin.
Dr. Miller received his medical degree from Uniformed Serviced University of the Health Sciences School of Medicine in Bethesda, MD. He completed an internship and residency in family medicine and served as the Chief Resident at Darnall Army Community Hospital in Fort Hood, TX. He completed an additional residency in dermatology and served as Chief Resident at Walter Reed National Medical Center in Bethesda, MD. He served as an active duty dermatologist in the U.S. Army for 16 years including a deployment in Iraq. He most recently served as Chief of Dermatology at Winn Army Community Hospital in Fort Stewart, GA.
He is a member of the American Medical Association, Polk County Medical Association, and is board-certified by the American Board of Dermatology.
