TAMPA, FLA. – Custom Craft Homes, an independently owned franchise of Arthur Rutenberg Homes, was named Arthur Rutenberg Homes’ Builder of the Year for 2016 during recent ceremonies in Nassau, Bahamas.
Honored during the awards presentation were franchisee Stuart Sierra and Building Company President Ernie Lashlee.
Selected from 40 franchises in six states, Sierra and Lashlee were honored for “leadership, organization building, financial success and customer satisfaction. This was the fourth time Sierra, Lashlee and Custom Craft Homes have received this award. They also earned the designation in 1997, 2000 and 2004.
Custom Craft Homes was founded more than two decades ago by Sierra and Lashlee. They have more than a half-century of home-building experience, delivering more than 3,000 homes worth nearly $1 billion.
Custom Craft Homes currently builds in the Hillsborough County communities of Avila; Chapman Crossing, FishHawk Trails, The Preserve, Tern Wood and The Garden District, all at FishHawk Ranch in Lithia.
