PALMETTO / TAMPA — Pulte Homes recently announced plans for Trevesta, a community they’ll be opening in the spring of 2017 with 90 homesites featuring single-family homes with resort-style amenities in Palmetto.
Sean Strickler, Division President for Pulte Homes in the West Florida division, said Trevesta, located near the intersection of I-75 and I-275 on 69th Street in Palmetto, will feature Pulte’s Life Tested® Homes.
“We’ve had such great activity for our new homes in the final phase of nearby Harrison Ranch, it’s exciting to start another new community in the area with upgraded amenities and engaging lifestyle,” Strickler explained
Trevesta will offer eight single-family home designs ranging from 1,565 to 3,172 square feet of living space starting from the low $200s.
Plans for a private, well-equipped 3-acre amenity center overlooking a lake with an activities director will round out the amenity offerings that include a fitness center with 24-hour access, resort-style pool with zero-entry and cabana seating, interactive splash park, and a children’s playground.
Trevesta is in close proximity to a highly-rated elementary school, Buffalo Creek Golf Club, Buffalo Creek Park, and the Ellenton Outlet Mall. The gulf coast beaches, Fort Desoto and fantastic fishing are a short 20 minute drive.
