Greater Tampa Bay’s industrial market has recovered from the recession. There are only a few buildings available for sale, Class A space for lease is limited and rental rates are creeping towards their 2006 highs. Asking rates for newer buildings have risen by $1.00 PSF from a year ago to $5.75 PSF NNN.
The largest Class A space available will be the newly constructed Grand Oaks 75 which will be 168,922 square feet. The building will have 30 ft. clear height, dock high loading and ESFR fire suppression.
